Returns and Exchanges

We hope you love 8dess clothing. However, if you’re not completely satisfied for whatever reason, simply return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or free exchange.

8dess clothing must be received in their original, unused condition and accompanied by a completed Returns Form.

We recommend you use a form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel.

We endeavour to process your return/exchange within 5 working days of receiving it. all exchanges will be sent back to the customer via the Standard delivery service.

We’re sorry but the cost of posting your returns to us is your own and we cannot reimburse you for this.

Please note: we reserve the right to refuse a refund on any items that have been used or are not fit for resale. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your consumer rights

In the unlikely event that you received the wrong items, please send the items back to us, including the completed Returns Form with a brief explanation and a copy of your receipt for any postage costs made by reasonable means. The correct items will be sent back to you and the postage costs will be refunded to your account.
